12-Week Intensive Group
I’m currently co-facilitating a 12-week intensive parts work group with Teresa Napierala of Energies in Motion. Starting May 6th, 2026 through July 22nd, 2026, every Wednesday evening at 5:30pm-7:00pm Pacific Time. The maximum number of participants for this group will be eight people. If you can not attend one of the group dates that is totally okay. I do encourage people to try to attend as many of the dates as possible for everyone’s collective experience as a group. This is a closed group meaning once it starts, no one else is able to join the group. This creates a safe container to do healing work, build safety and trust within the group structure.

Why Choose Group Coaching Over 1:1?
Wounding occures in isolation, healing occurs within community.
The body wants to heal in a community
Being a part of a container healing group builds trust for vulnerability. Over time by meeting weekly, you will be able to have a voice, being seen, heard and witnessed. The core needs of every human being for healing to take place.
Groups are more affordable than one on one therapy sessions.
Learning from others stories and experiences of the healing journey brings new perspectives with curiousty and compassion for others, yourself and all your parts.
Being in a group brings accountability for yourself and builds confidence that you have what it takes to heal.
How Group Coaching Is Different:
What to Expect in the Group
Session Opening & Closing
Each group will open and close with breath work lead by Teresa Napierala. We collectively come together to ground ourselves in the present moment and have openness and curiosity to the parts of us present.
Middle of Each Session Practices & Experience’s
Journaling/Parts Mapping Exercises
The first few weeks we will be diving into journaling and parts mapping exercises. This allows participants to notice and track parts over the course of the group program. What parts know self, what is the relationship between the parts, where do the parts live in the body, what is their story and roles they play. This will change over time so it’s important to start here and record the data.
Sculpting Exercise
Sculpting is an exercise that allows participants to externalize the representation of a part by asking other participants to role-play the embodiment of that part. This can be multiple parts for one individual displayed over multiple people. Think of it as an external parts map where you can visualize your parts externally within the group. This helps create space from your parts and brings more compassion and clarity.
Direct Access Exercise
Teresa and I will demonstrate direct access (speaking directly with a part/allowing the part to blend with you). Then everyone has the opportunity to practice this exercise as a group. I will spend 15-20 minutes working with one person while the rest of the group observes and brings self energy into the space. We will collectively debrief for 10 minutes discussing what came up inside each of us during the coaching session and encouraging each other. Then the next individual will have a 15-20 minute session followed by another debrief.
Modeling Speaking for Parts
During this exercise we will be practicing speaking for your parts, not from a part. This takes a lot of practice and patience. In the moment there are high emotions being blended with certain parts of you. When we can pause, ask for space from the part, we can speak for them. That way the other individual can hear you clearly and have more compassion for this part of you. This is very helpful during conflict situations.
