Whether you're struggling with relationships, emotional overwhelm, or self-sabotage, you’re not alone.

  • You feel stuck in the same patterns, no matter how hard you try

  • You’re struggling in relationships— disconnected or self-sabotaging

  • Therapy helped, but something still feels unresolved

Does this sound like you?

I know this cycle because I’ve lived it. Healing isn’t about forcing change—it’s about understanding what’s been holding you back. Together, we’ll uncover the parts of you that need compassion, not fixing, so you can finally move forward.

It’s time for a different approach.

Healing isn’t about fixing yourself—you were never broken. I know because I’ve been there. Together, we’ll slow things down, uncover hidden patterns, and help you reconnect with the version of you that’s been waiting to emerge.

Why my coaching approach is different:

  • Trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware coaching

  • A safe space for integration & self-compassion

  • Remote sessions available worldwide

About Jesse

Welcome to this healing space. I’m so glad you are here and taking the first step on your journey to recovery.

As a survivor of developmental trauma myself, I understand the pain and confusion of facing the chaos and dysfunction from your past. My path to becoming a trauma recovery coach was born from my own experience - I wanted to be the person I so desperately needed during my own healing process. My mission is to offer the compassion and support that I once sought.

In this role, my goal is to help you see and understand your reality, to validate your experiences of rejection, abuse, and trauma, and to guide you towards healing. I want to help you feel seen, heard, safe, and know you belong, just as every person deserves. Together, we will work to help you become unbound from the chains that tether you to past trauma and help you learn to walk in the freedom of your authentic self.
